FlashBack into '08.

Millions of aspirations to start the year,

Age no bar, everyone was a peer.

To work for thy bread and butter,

Profound knowledge I ought to gather.

Challenge it was to learn new technology,

Sometimes it had an adverse effect on my biology.

Days passed by I had learned to survive,

The joy of profession I began to revive.

Hard times were then taking the toll,

My career was on a roll.

Friends indeed stood by me,

To help me cheer and smile in glee.

It was indeed a challenging year,

Mixed with happiness and fear.

The industry was in a jinx,

Fearing what the next day brings.

Of all the stress and mixed emotions I was happy to meet a person,

Who helped me get along for any reason,

Showed me the way to handle every season.

Got into working for charity,

A noble cause they say to humanity.

I wouldn’t mind to share this thought,

But the last few weeks seemed like a drought.

Amazing it was how one day turned this whole thing around,

A helpful and loving sister I had found.

Weird this may sound to you,

But people who may understand this are very few.

The year ended though with happiness,

Hope to start the new year afresh.

Time gone is gone,

Nothing that either of us should frown,

I would say it will all be fine,

Cause its home coming 2009.

COLLEGE LIFE.

Destiny brought us together,

Some far from their near and dear,

Contrasting joy and fear,

We moved into life’s first gear.

Heart pumping like a knight’s horse,

Chill running down every cell on the nerves,

Humming out each known verse,

We set forth to conquer every curve.

Strange faces meeting with a smile,

Feeling the aura of each mile,

Citing the very comfort zone,

Amongst unknowns you cluster to find your second home.

(Few days later)

Happiness knew no bounds,

Lest worried about backgrounds,

Life catches up with a spirited flow,

Wasn’t a day you felt time was moving slow.

Days passed by, things begin to settle,

Assignments, tests and exams begin to fiddle,

Careless we were for we set out to play,

For the toppers had been booked to show us the way.

(Words fall short to include those 4 years of joy,happiness and fun. But destiny again will

Get us back these years. Be it a re union or a quick chat, time so well spent can be never forgotten.)

Moments these were to be cherished forever,

Time spent would return back never,

Thank the ones who filled my life with colours,

I really miss those amazing years.

Naughty Naughty!!!!

Romeo's naughty bounty!!

Yesterday I had to drop my car for some repair at RNS motors, yeshvantpur. Requested my friend to get his two wheeler along. So we leave my place at say 1030 hours in the morning....

Queue up my car for a engineer to attend to it at RNS. N Phew Guess what, seems like the engineers salary is also linked to the no of cars they attend to. 3 to 4 of them gather around my car asking "Sir service????".. Height of QPLC/variable pay everywhere. HUH!!!

Well then, finally, I synced up with one and started to explain what needs to be repaired and all that. My friend was standing near by just waiting for me to finish.

Two cuties enter the scene and as I had guessed they were from the marketing team.So they were upto some advertising.

They had to wait for me to finish with, but me haha hahaha I was playing a waiting game. P up some attitude, I made the girls wait for a while before they could chat with the handsome, dashing and single me :)

So then the conv starts---

Gal1: "Sir, which model is this car?"

Me: "2002"

Gal1:"Sir, do you plan to exchange this car for a new A star" ( A star is the new model from Maruti costing 4.85 lakhs)

Me:"Xchange this car???? No ways!!!! I cant give away this car"

Gal2:"Sir, you can have a look at the new model"

Me(with a naughty thought):"Ok sure lets go" ( Neways no work at home, two beauties.. what an opportunity..Applied the Thought n we were escorted by the beautiful ladies into the show room :)... Much to the 'J' of other customers. )

We enter the showroom and check out the car. The gal starts to explain/provide info on some things etc etc. At one moment she mentioned it had a Aluminium engine. And she was so unsure about it that she went back to that girl and confirmed if it was a Aluminium engine. I was like Oh God!!!Neways have to excuse that in admiration for the looks of the two girls :)

Then with all the smiles and cheers having felt we were satisfied with the bird watching we say Good Bye to the girls... AHA I forgot she gave her phone number :P And I had to give mine.. Waiting for her call now :)

Me and my friend didn speak a word whilst all this. Then I tell him "Maga sakkat time pass aythu ala" He totally seconded the thought.... We were just wondering where all these beauties come from???? Hmmmmm......

At that moment my friend informs me that one lady already had a license(means shes married).. I was like Yaaaiieeekkksss!!!!!!Oh man.. che! . Neways we left after confirming from the engineer that we would get my vehicle in evening..

It was 1700 hours, had to get my vehicle back from repairs. Just checked with one friend for a drop since she had to travel that side.. But then timings didn match and then I had to ask my friend who accompanied me in the morning to give a lift again. So we left hoping to see the 2 girls again.. I know I know very naughty me and my stimuli reacting positively to the thought :)

Checked for the engineer, waited for bill payment.........AHHHHHHHHHHH?????

And there she was.. Talking to some God knows who.. Looking in through the crowd with all the delight, our minds and heart settled down. Was searching for the second cutie and after much sight seeing found her somewhere far off, but that was enough to get our naughty talks back in action. Me and my friend had a 10 min chat about you know bla bla bla( cannot be disclosed security concerns :) ..............)

As this was happening one girl was about to leave office and best part was she had to walk through right in front of us. So a final look from both side ( U heard it right she stared at me too Mama Mia :P ... ) I was psyched up for a while returned to my original self again. phew!!!!

Naughty Naughty Naughty!!!!!!

Then got my car keys, paid the bill and we left.. But still wish to go there every Saturday.. :)

So with all the naughty happenings Romeo gets his car back home for a new adventure again..

Till then its Romeo saying "OVER AND OUT"

Unlucky Fridays....

Thank God its Friday!!!!

Well this is kind of not working for me from the past 2 months. Get hooked with some work or somebody has a parallel plan going when I try to make one or have a fight with a friend or get back home early for some reason.... Damn thing has been so sick going back home early on a Friday. Wave a good bye to frnds going for trips, for there aren't any seats left...Someones giving a treat for someone and all I keep hearing "We have a treat today.. C ya later". I ping a colleague saying -" Dude coffee at CCD?" The guy agrees next thing I hear from him -"looks like my team has planned for CCD?"

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

I call up a college friend and mail him the nth time mentioning "Maga lets go for a trip. Plan somewhere da."He agrees totally with the thought but just to hear from him that "Man this week doubt da. Next week I have some work. Lets see...."

Guess what!!!!!!

The next week or later never arrives... Huh!!! Take that for your excited nerves.

One more drama unfurled - Morning 10 o clock its decided that evening someone is giving a treat or we are going to Corner house or CCD or regular juice shop.. You would be watching every minute pass by on ur most prized possession (PC) sitting in ur Air conditioned cubicle and then you get a message 'Hey man I am busy lets postpone it'.....

uuuuhhhhh??

Oh man give me a break......

But then amidst all this your day goes by and you return home to retire on your lazy beds to wake up late and jitter into the weekend... Best part is you get a Friday the coming week.. Hope against hope... So ho gaya so ho gaya ab aane wale friday ke bare mein socho :)
